Our Story
The idea of CHADEUR began a few years ago when the Artist was residing in India. The Artist, Corina Burghelea, was inspired by the rich in colours and texture culture and traditions. Then and there, the Rangoli series began. The concept is profound. It is not just about the beautiful ornaments like in mandala design, but it has a significant meaning and message. This idea was appreciated by the London Art Biennale team and the work "Dare to examine me closer and try not to get caught into my symmetry, it's just an illusion. The key is the core and I promise to fill your heart with positive energy, the only kind of "POSITIVE" we need these days..." was exhibited at the biennial event in London.

CHADEUR is a small team at the moment, the Artist having full support from her family. It is fascinating how becoming a mother has opened for Corina a new perspective - she discovered the passion for portraiture after ignoring it for many years. She believes in seeing the relationship between the parents and their baby on an intense level, capturing unique moments in people's daily lives and showing them its beauty. Sometimes we are too tired to see it.

Another passion noticeable in her paintings is the love for abstract. The roots lay down deep in her master studies in Architecture and Urban Planning. The fascinating world of Architecture has forever changed the way she sees the shapes around her: organic forms of nature, historical or modern buildings, etc.
We live in a world that can inspire you at any moment, in any place. CHADEUR will always be there for you to see
